If you would like to book the village hall, first check availability using the calendar. If your suitable date and time is available, please familiarise yourself with our Charges and Terms and Conditions Of Hire and Health & Safety Policy. You can then use the enquiry form below to submit your request or contact our booking officer.
We will confirm that your booking date is available , the hire fee and Security deposit required to secure your booking.
Your booking will remain provisional until we have received your payment.

WiFi is now freely available for use by our guests. You must agree to the terms and conditions of use when you connect. The network is secured by a password, and all logon details can be obtained prior to your hire from the booking officer.

NOTE :
CANCELLATION BY THE HIRER: The Management Committee reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee depending on the circumstances and the period of notice given. In the event of a cancellation the fees will be as follows:
- Cancellation within two month’s of the event date – 100% deposit fee will be kept.
- Cancellation up too two months prior of the event – 50% of the deposit fee.
